Are the books new or used?
Every book is preloved — read at least once and given a new home. Each one is graded honestly (Like New, Very Good, Good or Acceptable) and photographed as the actual copy you'll receive. See our condition guide for what each grade means.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery — you pay when your books arrive. Please try to have the exact amount ready. Card payments are coming soon.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver to all seven emirates. Delivery is a flat AED 15 within Dubai and AED 30 to other emirates, and it's free on orders over AED 150.
How long does delivery take?
Once you order we'll contact you by phone to arrange a time. Most Dubai orders arrive within 1–3 days, and other emirates typically within 2–5 days.
Is each book really one of a kind?
Yes. We hold a single copy of each title, so once it's bought it leaves the shop immediately. If something catches your eye, it's best not to wait.
Can I return a book?
Because every copy is unique and graded before sale, we accept returns only if a book arrives materially different from its listing or is damaged in transit. Full details are on our returns & refunds page.
Can I send a book as a gift?
Yes — at checkout you can add an optional gift note and choose gift wrap, and we'll take care of the rest.
How do store credits work?
You can earn credits by donating books and by shopping with us, and they come off your next order automatically at checkout. 1 credit = AED 1.
How do I donate my books?
Head to our donate page, tell us roughly what you have and pick a pickup time — we collect from your door anywhere in the UAE, free of charge.
